Beautiful smiles of past and present cleft and craniofacial patients abounded at a special gathering this past Sunday.

More than a hundred patients, family members and Spectrum Health Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital staff connected at Millennium Park in Walker, Michigan, and enjoyed barbecue and time at the beach. The event concluded with a toy raffle.

“We want to open our doors and our hearts to all of you,” said Robert Mann, MD, director of the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital Oral Cleft program. “If you ever have issues, you know you can reach out to us whenever.”
