Lucie is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. She received her Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University in 2011. As the exercise physiologist at the Healthy Weight Center, Lucie helps families with setting goals towards increasing exercise, reducing screen time and getting more fit as a family. She really enjoys helping children and families discover that exercise can be fun. She is also the Program Coordinator for NEW ME, a program for families at the Healthy Weight Center who want to come to the local gym and learn about how to exercise. In her spare time, Lucie enjoys running, watching Michigan State athletics, and spending time with her family.
